Our Mission Statement

Our event was created to help children who are fighting cancer at the nationally recognized American Family Children's Hospital / UW Carbone Cancer Center. Participants in our event share a passion for children, community involvement and fishing. We raise money by asking local fishing guides to take participants out fishing (including National and local celebrities) in a tournament format. In addition, the Casting for Kids event includes a fundraising dinner and both silent and live auctions with net proceeds being donated to the American Family Children's Hospital / UW Carbone Cancer Center.

Most of us talk about such actions and nod approvingly but a very few, like you, actually acts.  Thanks!

2019 Casting for Kids Event

The 2nd annual Casting for Kids event was a huge success. With a significantly larger attendance, we were able to raise twice the amount of the previous year with $100K!
