Rules and Regulations
The following rules will apply to tournament and remain unchanged throughout the event

THERE WILL BE NO AGE LIMIT: Under the age of 18, must be accompanied by an adult

ENTRIES: Required before May 20, 2023

BOAT AND MOTOR: All boats must be at least 14-ft in length and meet Coast Guard Requirements. There is no horsepower restriction. All boats must have a kill switch in working order. Coast Guard approved life vests required for all people on boat.

SPORTSMANSHIP: All competitors are expected to follow high standards of sportsmanship, safety, and conservation. Any observed infraction(s) will result in disqualification.

TACKLE AND EQUIPMENT: All fish must be caught in a conventional sporting manner. Trolling as a method of fishing is allowed. One rod per angler.

PERMITTED FISHING LOCATIONS: Fishing is to take place ONLY on Lake Kegonsa, Monona, Mendota, Waubesa and adjoining waters. Fishing is not permitted within 100 feet of a competitor's boat that is anchored and stowed in the trolling motor.

PHOTOGRAPH FISH CAUGHT: Fish should be carefully measured and photographed on a bump board. Be sure to get a photo of the angler holding the fishing before releasing. Photos will be used in a slide show presentation at the dinner.

RELEASE: This is a 100% release tournament. Measure your fish to the nearest 1/2".

PRIZES: Trophies will be awarded to boat with the 5 largest fish for the following: Musky, Bass, Walleye, Northern Pike, Crappie, Bluegill and Perch.

REGISTRATION: All guides/competitors by 8:00 AM at the Alliant Energy Center.

LICENSE & PERMITS: Must have a valid WI Fishing License and Madison Parks Boat Sticker.
